Take a closer look. Who prescribes the medicine? Who signs the papers saying that you need a certain medication? The Doctors. It's not the pharmacist's job to know the patient's diagnosis. The doctors make the mistakes. The errors come from the doctor not completely diagnosing the client, and just giving them that diagnosis. And yes, sometimes medication are still in their early stages and can cause unwanted side-effects and that IS the pharmaceutical's side, but what can doctors do when people nowadays want a quick fix?
